1. No Refund Policy
Norrils Signature Consulting Inc. does not offer refunds for any services purchased. All sales are final. Once a service appointment or consultation is booked, or a service is delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations:**
Cancellations are accepted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment or service date.
Rescheduling:**
You may reschedule your appointment or service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior may not be accommodated.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are late or fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full fee may still be charged, and the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

Extenuating circumstances:
We reserve the right to approve refunds or exceptions in extraordinary cases, at our sole discretion.
